ethical guidelines for computer professionals

In this sections, we look at problems and characteristics of professionals ethics, as distinct from general ethics. We look at guidelines developed by scholars and computer professionals, including the Software Engineering, Code of Ethics and Professional Practice and the ACM Code of Ethics and Professionals Conduct.
